Avocado Pesto Eggs

Avocado Pesto Eggs Recipe.

What you will need:

• 2 avocados

• 2 eggs

• 1 jar of pesto

• Crushed Red Pepper

• Basil

Steps:

• Pre-heat oven to 425 Fahrenheit

• Cut avocados in half and remove the pit

• Take the halves of the avocados and place them in a small baking dish

• Coat the inside of the avocado halves with pesto

• Crack eggs into each avocado

• Sprinkle crushed red pepper and basil on top, along with your desirable seasonings

• Place in oven for 15 minutes
