BROWNIES.

VEGAN BROWNIES. Enough Said.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of plant based milk

- 1/2 cup of plant based butter (melted)

- 1/2 cup + 3 tsp olive oil

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup of brown sugar

- 1 cup of flour

- 1/2 cup of baking powder

- 1 cup of cocoa powder

- 1/4 tsp of salt

- Vegan Chocolate Chips


STEP 1: preheat oven to 330F.


STEP 2: add all ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together for 5-7 minutes. (until batter is smooth, no chunks).


STEP 3: grease a large baking pan & pour whisked batter into pan, evening out the batter.


STEP 4: sprinkle a handful of vegan chocolate chips on top of the batter for extra flavor.


STEP 5: place in oven once preheated for 35 minutes.


STEP 6: pair with your favorite vegan ice cream and enjoy!
