BUFF|CHICK|DIP.

VEGAN CHEESEY BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP.

This took me about three different recipe tries, but I finally got it right and I couldn’t be happier to share this with all of you!


Ingredients that you will need:

Quorn meatless pieces (vegan)

Daiya vegan ranch

Vio life mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Follow your heart Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Follow your heart sour cream

Hot sauce (your preference)


Step 1:

Prepare the Quorn meatless pieces, heat up in microwave for about two minutes and follow their heating instructions, using olive oil etc.


Step 2:

Chop up meatless pieces into a small almost shredded like shape, put in a small bowl and cover in hot sauce, let marinate for about 5 minutes, gently stirring in between, making sure the meatless pieces are completely covered in the hot sauce.



Step 3:

In this small bowl that the now meatless marinated pieces are in, add "Vio Life Mozzarella Cheese", the "Daiya Ranch Dressing" and the "Follow Your Heart Vegan Sour Cream." Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.


Step 4:

Pour the now mixed ingredients into the pan or dish that you wish to use for the dip.


Step 5:

Top with both "Follow Your Heart Parmesan Cheese" and "Vio Life Mozzarella Cheese." you can also top with more ranch dressing if you would like!



Step 6:

Put in oven at 400 degrees for 20minutes.


Step 7:

Grab your favorite chips or veggies and enjoy!
