(Preheat Oven to 400 Fahrenheit)
Step 1: Click Here for my Cauliflower Wing Recipe. Once they are made, place aside.
Step 2: Take a large skillet and place on the stove. Melt your choice of plant based butter, add garlic, and other preferred seasonings.
Step 3: Add Cauliflower Wings to skillet.
Step 4: Cover baking pan in a non-stick spray
Step 5: Take skillet off of flame. Start to roll the seasoned cauliflower wings into the tortillas (should look like the picture). You can add arugula, tomatoes, artichokes, or any other veggies of your choosing.
Step 6: Placed rolled tortillas onto baking pan and place in oven for 20-30minutes, until the tops of the tortillas are golden brown.
Step 7: Take out and let cool for 10minutes
Step 8: Eat & Enjoy!
