
CHICKEN|NOODLE|SOUP
VEGAN CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Veggie Broth
- Handful of "Quorn USA meatless pieces"
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 Onion diced
- 1 pack of Ramen Noodles
- teaspoon of the following seasonings:
pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, basil, & parsley
Instructions:
STEP 1:
In a skillet on medium heat, pour 1/2 cup of olive oil and a handful of meatless pieces. In a small pot pour 2 cups of vegetable broth and place on high heat (you want this to boil).
STEP 2:
As you are waiting for the vegetable broth to boil, combine the diced onion as well as the pepper, salt, onion & garlic powder, paprika, basil & parsley into the skillet with the meatless pieces.
STEP 3:
You are basically marinating the meatless pieces with the seasonings & diced onions, therefore, once the meatless pieces are your desired tenderness, take them off the heat and set aside.
STEP 4:
Once the vegetable broth starts to boil, combine the Ramen Noodles as well as the marinated meatless pieces and place on medium heat for another 10 minutes.
STEP 5:
Place in your favorite soup bowl & enjoy!
