"Chicken" Marsala Recipe.
- 1 package of Chick'n Scallopini from the vegan Gardein brand
- 1/4 of vegan butter
- 1/4 of chopped garlic
- 1/4 of coconut milk
- 2 cups of chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of Marsala wine
Heat vegan butter on a skillet on low heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for five minutes.
Add the garlic, coconut milk, mushrooms, and wine.
Keep on low heat for 15 minutes.
As the sauce is on low heat, prepare the Chick'n Scallopini and follow the directions on the package.
Once the Chick'n Scallopini's are done cooking, place on a serving plate and drizzle the marsala sauce on top.
Pair with your favorite wine and enjoy!
