Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe.
- 1 box of fettuccine noodles
- 1/4 of vegan butter
- 1 + 1/4 cup of cashews
- 1 cup of plant based milk
- 1 cup of chopped garlic
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- 1/4 cup of basil
Cook the pasta to your desired tenderness and according to the package.
After the pasta is drained, pour back into the pot and add the vegan butter. Stir around and let sit while working on the Alfredo sauce.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender, blend on high until the mixture is creamy.
Add the sauce to the pot of pasta.
Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
