GROCERIES.

VEGAN GROCERIES.

Walking into a grocery store with no list or ideas of what to buy is the most dangerous thing you can ever do, especially when extremely hungry. This is how most people spend unnecessary amounts of money on groceries they don't need.

Having a meal plan for the week can save you tons of money and time. Every Sunday I sit down and ask myself what I should make for dinner from Monday - Thursday. I usually keep my weekends free for cheat days, leftovers, and anything I'm craving during that time. Below is a weekly vegan meal plan (MONDAY- THURSDAY) for anyone who is struggling to find the right meals and finding a balance between saving money. Don't forget to ALWAYS make a list and have a plan!

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, don't count in my book when it comes to meal planning. I usually go with the flow of how I am feeling on the weekends and what my body craves. I usually dedicate Sundays for high carb days, for example, pasta and pizza. dedicating one day a week for a high carb day, disciplines your body and mind to eat healthy during the week. Tag me in pictures of your grocery haul, meal prepping, and meal planning, Enjoy!
