Taking care of our bodies should be our number one priority, especially during cold/flu season. It's difficult to keep this in mind when life gets in the way, especially when work, school, and real life are our number one priorities for the week ahead. Below are some tips to help your immune system stay strong during the high stress seasons of your life, the flu seasons, and the down seasons where you have the time to put your body first!

  • NO ALCOHOL: This is extremely important when taking care of your immune system. Alcohol suppresses the body's immune system making it more susceptible to flu, colds, and infections.
