Loaded "Meat" Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 package of vegan Beyond Meat ground "Beef"

- 1 cup of chopped up vegan Vio Life Foods Shredded Mozzarella

- 1 cup of spinach

- 1 cup of breadcrumbs

- 1 cup of parsley

- 1 cup of cilantro

- 1 cup of chopped onion

- 1 cup of chopped garlic

- Olive oil


Steps:


  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients except the olive oil.

  2. Mix all together until ingredients are fully combined.

  3. Grab a large skillet, cover the bottom of the skillet in olive oil, and place on low heat.

  4. Take a palm full of the mixture and start to roll the mixture into palm sized balls.

  5. Place each ball in the skillet and cover with a lid for 30 minutes.

  6. Keep on low heat at all times or else they will burn!

  7. Take the lid off every five minutes and turn each meatball so each side gets cooked evenly.

  8. Pair with your favorite spaghetti and sauce and wine.

  9. Enjoy!
