VEGAN PAD THAI NOODLE RECIPE.

Asian, Korean, & Chinese food are the best must-haves when your body craves it! Trying to stay soy-free 100% of the time on my vegan journey is a struggle, however I have found many alternatives. I stay 100% soy-free with all my recipes because I'm allergic and secondly, I like to stay away from GMOs. That being said, you can see how difficult it is going out to eat at a Chinese, Korean, or Asian food staple with a soy-free diet. Over the last year I have researched soy-free alternatives and found the closest soy sauce alternative: Coconut Liquid Aminos by "BRAGG." You can purchase this secret liquid sauce at your local whole foods, right near the noodle section. Believe me, you won't regret it!


Now Back To The Recipe:


Ingredients You Will Need:

udon, ramen, pad thai noodles.. ect. (your choice)

coconut liquid aminos

veggies (your choice)


STEP 1:

follow the directed instructions that are given on the package of the specific noodle that you choose. (each noodle brand usually has different heating instructions)


STEP 2:

as your noodles are heating, cut up your veggies and start sautéing them in a large pan. (remember to use a large pan since you will be adding your noodles to the veggies).


STEP 3:

once your noodles are done heating, strain them, then add to your pan of sautéed veggies. sauté the veggies and noodles for about two minutes, then add your coconut liquid aminos.


STEP 4:

Once all ingredients are combined, you should only sauté for about 7-9 minutes before serving & eating.


STEP 5:
