Pancake Recipe.


~ 1 cup of flour

~ 1 tbsp. of brown sugar

~ 1 tbsp. of baking powder

~ 1/4 tsp. of salt

~ 1 cup of coconut milk

~ 2 tbsp. of coconut oil or olive oil


1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, & coconut milk.

2. In a large skillet over medium low heat, heat oil. Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour batter into pan.

3. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, and flip when you see bubbles forming around the edges of the pancakes. Flip and do the same until the pancakes are a golden brown color.

4. Take off skillet, pair with maple syrup & enjoy!
