Pickled Onions.

Vegan Pickled Onions Recipe.



- 1 Red Onion (Thinly Sliced)

- 1/2 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

- 1 Tablespoon of Sugar or Honey (Your Choice)

- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

- 1 cup of boiling water


Pour all ingredients together in a large bowl, or a large mason jar. Make sure that onions are completely covered in the liquid. Let sit uncovered for 1 hour, then cover and place in fridge for 24 hours before eating them.
