Protein Balls

These are great for a mid-day snack when you don't want to indulge yourself with junk foods or when you need a little snack to boost your energy for the day ahead!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of vegan peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup of vegan butter

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • Crushed up coconut flakes, almonds, and goji berries

  • Tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • Handful of vegan chocolate chips

  • Handful of raisins, pumpkin seeds, or other small berries/seeds

Steps:

  • Mix the wet ingredients together in a bowl

  • Add all the dry ingredients together in a bowl

  • Add both the wet and dry ingredients together to one bowl

  • Roll the consistency into small round balls

  • Either store in fridge or freezer

  • Enjoy!
