I absolutely love salads and try to eat a big bowl at least once a day. It's definitely a struggle when you're in a rush, just coming home from work/school, or even in a funky mood and just don't know what to add to your salad bowl. Below is a guide for your perfect salad that you will be so excited to make no matter what your mood and energy may be!



STEP 1: START WITH A BASE

- leafy greens

- kale

- spinach

- iceberg lettuce



STEP 2: ADD VEGGIES

- cucumber

- broccoli

- cauliflower

- tomatoes

- cabbage

- zucchini

- carrots



STEP 3: ADD FRUIT

- any kind of berries
