Many people are shocked when they realize they don't need a form of meat to make a sandwich. Most sandwiches, especially the best sandwiches, are made from four/five simple ingredients. Who doesn't love a breakfast sandwich? or what about a sandwich for lunch and dinner? There's a sandwich for every occasion, and most importantly, every sandwich can be VEGAN.


Below are my favorite go-to sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.


BREAKFAST:


The Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich:

- multigrain bread

- Vegan Scramble Egg (Just Egg)

- alfalfa sprouts

- hashbrowns

- tomatoes

- avocados

- ketchup


Everyday Breakfast Sandwich:

- multigrain bread

- avocados

- hashbrowns

- vegan egg (Just Egg)

- ketchup


* You can also add any type of vegan meat substitute, my favorite are "Dr. Praeger's" Vegan Burgers. For those who aren't allergic to Soy,

you can add a Vegan egg substitute such as, "JustEgg, and "Spero Foods."


LUNCH & DINNER:


Burger Galore:

- multigrain bread

- "Beyond Meat" burger

- vegan cheese substitute (my go-to is "Follow Your Heart" vegan cheese brand)

- lettuce/spinach/arugula

- tomato

- onions

- ketchup


Panini:

- multigrain bread

- vegan cheese substitute

- tomatoes

- arugula

- roasted red peppers

- mushrooms

- mustard




* Remember that you can always add more to these recipes and take out what you don't necessarily enjoy. There are so many vegan substitutes for meat and cheeses in your local grocery stores, go explore & experiment your favorite vegan sandwich!
