Below are some smoothie recipes that I have found are favorites within my family, make sure to add your vitamins, minerals, and plant protein! You can keep track of my smoothie recipes under my Instagram Highlight "SHAKES."


Very Berry Smoothie

  • handful of strawberries

  • handful of blueberries

  • handful of raspberries

  • handful of blackberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup of plant milk

  • handful of ice


Green Goddess Smoothie

  • 1 cup of kale

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • handful of chopped celery

  • handful of chopped cucumbers

  • 1 cup of plant milk

  • handful of ice


Vitamin C Smoothie

  • handful of mangos

  • handful of chopped pineapples

  • 1 whole chopped banana

  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice

  • 1 cup of coconut water

  • handful of ice


Tropical Smoothie

  • handful of mangos

  • handful of pineapples

  • 2 whole chopped bananas

  • 1 shot of ginger

  • 1 cup of kale

  • 1 cup of coconut water

  • handful of ice


Pink Smoothie

  • 1 whole chopped dragon fruit

  • 1 cup of strawberries

  • 1 cup of raspberries

  • 1 whole chopped banana

  • 1 cup of plant milk

  • handful of ice
