Spicy Ramen Soup

Spicy Ramen Soup Recipe.

What you will need:

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups water

  • 3 garlic cloves whole

  • 2 stalks celery chopped

  • 3 stalks green onion chopped

  • 2 handfuls spinach

  • 1 teaspoon of salt & pepper

  • Red pepper (eyeballed; don’t add if you do not want spice)

  • 1/2 tablespoon sage

  • 1 teaspoon adobo

  • 1 package of dry noodles


Add two cups chicken broth and two cups water to a pot & turn on the heat.

Add ingredients as the broth is in the process of boiling

First add salt, pepper, red pepper (optional for spice), adobo, green onion, celery, garlic, and spinach to the broth.

Once the broth begins to boil, bring it to a simmer for 15-20 minutes. Then add noodles, remove heat and settle for another 7 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

(if your noodles are way too long, you can cut them with scissors at the end!)
